Our current world is seeing an influx of digital solutions and technology designed to help improve patient care: less in-office care, better tracking apps and patient portals, and much more data. But, does more data mean a better experience? Not necessarily. Even with more connected experiences, it's possible to still drive some patients farther away, particularly if they feel that their experience is becoming too computerized or automated. So, how do we effectively use digital tools but still remain connected to each individual patient? Pairing a consistent, trusted, reliable live engagement model with a scalable backend technology infrastructure is the key to keeping humanization in healthcare. In today's talk, we'll show you how this model, ground in behavior change science and operated on a Salesforce-based platform, can get industry-leading results without sacrificing the human-to-human connection.
