The mission of the Work Equity research project at Boston College School of Social Work is to develop policies and practices that promote a caring, respectful, and inclusive community. Work Equity promotes open and honest conversations, fosters interdisciplinary collaborations, and expands access to opportunities for historically marginalized groups, including women, racial and ethnic populations, and the LGBTQ+ community. Dr. Bradley will discuss utilizing design thinking as a collaborative framework to organize employees and other constituents in producing conversations and solutions targeted at supporting equitable outcomes for all employees.
